In her capacity as COO, Ms. Miner is responsible for the oversight of the firm's administrative and operational functions. She plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic business plans and procedures, ensuring that the firm's operational processes are both efficient and effective.
Additionally, she is tasked with managing key relationships with partners and vendors, and she leads a dedicated team to achieve the firm’s business objectives. Her previous experience as an operations manager has equipped her with the expertise necessary to drive performance improvements and foster a culture of operational excellence.

I am a lifelong Connecticut resident and am passionate about helping injured people and making sure they receive the best representation in CT. Outside of work, I am a full-time dog mom and I love spending time in Cape Cod.
