Jessica Miner serves as the Director of Legal Operations at Gould Injury Law, bringing over 8 years of professional experience to the firm. In her capacity as COO, Ms. Miner is responsible for the oversight of the firm's administrative and operational functions. She plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic business plans and procedures, ensuring that the firm's operational processes are both efficient and effective.
Additionally, she is tasked with managing key relationships with partners and vendors, and she leads a dedicated team to achieve the firm’s business objectives. Her previous experience as an operations manager has equipped her with the expertise necessary to drive performance improvements and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Jessica Miner has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing company performance through meticulous strategic planning and operational management. Nicole Boucher is an experienced legal professional with more than 20 years of experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation case management. Throughout her career, she has managed claims from inception through resolution, developing extensive expertise in case evaluation, medical and deposition summaries, hearing preparation, settlement analysis, and litigation support.
Her ability to organize complex matters, anticipate next steps, and provide attorneys with accurate, actionable information has made her a trusted and highly respected member of every team she has served. Known for her exceptional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and commitment to client service, Nicole consistently brings professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail to her work.
She has significant experience preparing matters for informal and formal workers’ compensation hearings, coordinating case development, and helping attorneys navigate challenging legal and factual issues. Her ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy has been a hallmark of her career.
Outside the office, Nicole is deeply committed to helping others achieve goals they once believed were impossible. For many years, she has volunteered as a guide with Achilles International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through athletic participation and community. Through Achilles, Nicole assists athletes with visual impairments, mobility challenges, neurological conditions, and other disabilities as they train for and compete in endurance events.
Running and personal challenge have long been important parts of her life, and she regularly seeks out unique races and endurance experiences that push her beyond her comfort zone. Her dedication to service, perseverance, and helping others succeed reflects the same compassion, determination, and commitment she brings to her professional career every day.
