In May 2015, Neal was driving down a state country road at 3 am when his pickup truck struck a downed utility pole that had been knocked over by another driver who had lost control of his car and hit it. Neal’s truck was destroyed and he injured his neck. The insurance company for the other car refused to pay for Neal’s truck or accept responsibility for his injuries, instead claiming that this accident was Neal’s fault and he should have seen the downed pole in the middle of the road in the dark at 3AM. We pursued justice ruthlessly and in 10 months forced them to pay for Neal’s truck and took the entire $20,000 insurance policy available.
