Outside the office, Nicole is deeply committed to helping others achieve goals they once believed were impossible. For many years, she has volunteered as a guide with Achilles International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through athletic participation and community. Through Achilles, Nicole assists athletes with visual impairments, mobility challenges, neurological conditions, and other disabilities as they train for and compete in endurance events.
Running and personal challenge have long been important parts of her life, and she regularly seeks out unique races and endurance experiences that push her beyond her comfort zone.
